Pink slip board meeting tonight

Many rallies are organized today to protest devastating education cuts. Protesters may be out in force at our city schools and on the steps of the Capitol. At tonight’s regular meeting, the board will act on staff’s budget recommendations — most probably reducing the SCUSD work force and triggering the next wave of pink slip terrorism.
